Your answers are never sent to a model by us.

formset runs no AI of its own. The conversation happens in your assistant. We keep the form and its answers, and hand them back when you ask.

Signing in with Google shares only your email address, name, and profile picture. We ask for nothing else, so we cannot see your Gmail, Drive, Calendar, or Contacts.

Your forms and answers belong to your account. No one else's assistant can see them.

We do not sell your data, and we do not run ad tracking on the forms your respondents see.

Step-by-step: Claude ChatGPT

Free to start. You sign in with Google, so there is no password to forget.

Add formset to Claude

Works on claude.ai and the Claude desktop app. It takes about a minute, and you only do it once. On a Team or Enterprise plan, an Owner clicks Connect for your team on the listing, which adds formset for everyone; members then click Connect to Claude.

  1. Open formset in Claude

    Open the formset listing in Claude’s connector directory and click Connect to Claude.

  2. Sign in

    A formset window opens: choose Continue with Google, then Allow.

  3. Ask for a form

    In a chat, click + then Connectors, and make sure formset is switched on. Then ask: “Make a signup form for Saturday’s workshop.”

Add formset to ChatGPT

Works on chatgpt.com in a browser, on a paid plan (Plus, Pro, Business, Enterprise or Edu). It takes about a minute, and you only do it once.

  1. Open your plugins

    Go to Plugins, click Add, then Create custom MCP server.

    Don’t see that option? Turn on Developer mode in ChatGPT’s Settings, then come back. Custom servers need a paid plan, and on a Business or Enterprise account your workspace admin may need to allow them.

  2. Paste the formset address

    Name it formset and paste this address under Connection. Leave Authentication on OAuth, tick I understand and want to continue, and click Create as a plugin.

  3. Connect and sign in

    ChatGPT shows a Connect formset screen. Click Continue to formset, choose Continue with Google, then Allow. You land back in ChatGPT with formset installed.

  4. Ask for a form

    In a new chat, click + and choose formset. Then ask: “Make a signup form for Saturday’s workshop.”
